Introducing: Alan Kleinmaier

Vincent Properties is proud to introduce a new member to our gang: Alan Kleinmaier! There are many great things about Alan, but we’ll let him tell you about what lead him to become a long term High Country neighbor!

Back to the High Country……………Permanently

At least a decade before most of my associates were born, I left an office job in Charlotte and headed to Beech Mountain.  I immediately fell in love with the spectacular mountain views and the man outdoor adventures that could be explored in the High Country. My initial mission was simply to co-own a ski shop and spend a lot of time on the slopes. But that was not to be!

To make a long story short….

I was a principal in the development of one of the first, if not the first, condo project in the High Country….Mariah North. I was bribed into leaving the High Country after a 5 year stint, but retained my new roots by building a vacation home in Linville. Now, after a myriad of exciting real estate related careers, I have decided that the High Country is where I want to spend the rest of my years.

As a  bonus

I have been accepted to be a part of  High Country’s finest Real Estate firm, Vincent Properties, starting a new journey in real estate! My new boss, Jay Vincent, makes it very clear that this leap is not one of semi-retirement!!!

Accordingly, I am going to make every effort to provide the best service to both Buyers and Sellers who want to maximize their High Country experience and I  truly look forward to getting to know the folks in my community that make this place so special. If you are buying or selling, I would be honored for the opportunity to offer you the High Country’s best real estate experience. Hope to talk to you soon.
