Our experience with developments is better than any other real estate company around and we represent more developments than any other real estate company as well. Our involvement ranges from raw land developments to providing upscale spec homes in certain developments and we are there every step of the way. We pay special attention to detail to make sure that developmental tasks are carried out the right way. Once lots are ready to sell, we represent the developers in selling their lots. We also have many people who assist us along the way including famous artist, Bob Timberlake, for creative guidance and input to really make a certain developments, such as Timber Ridge at the Coves, stand out from all the others.
