I
used Jay Vincent and Vincent Properties to sell my grandmother, Mrs.
Joseph Cannon's, home, Mirimichi, in Blowing Rock, NC. Jay sold the
house in less than 1 1/2 months. Prior to that time, the property had
been on the market with another firm for over a year. Jay and Vincent
Properties also sold the house for well over the amount that the other
Realtor had had the house listed for.
When
anyone asks me for a recommendation of a Realtor in the Blowing
Rock/Boone area, I tell them that there is only one company to deal
with...and that is Vincent Properties.
