Construction Inc. is a full service residential construction company that
specializes in building unique custom and “spec” homes. Our companies mission
is to provide our clients with a highly superior product at a fair price and
within the predetermined time frame.
At Vincent Properties Construction we

Matt Vincent and his father Jay Vincent, of
Vincent Properties, founded Vincent Properties Construction Inc.
With over 34 years of conceptual design and
implementation and 30 years of quality craftsmanship, Vincent Properties
Construction is more than a qualified Construction Team. Matt Vincent is a
Licensed Unlimited General Contractor with the state of North Carolina, as well as a graduate from
Appalachian State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Banking.
Through Matthew Vincent Properties Construction participates in North Carolinas
Healthy Built Homes Program, a statewide green builder program, and is an
Energy Star Partner.
Jay Vincent has over 37 years of experience in
Development, conceptual design, marketing, and construction with emphasis on Adirondack and upscale mountain homes and developments.
Together, Matt & Jay
Vincent bring a wealth of project management and design experience, customer
care knowledge, along with solid business practices which allows them to build
spectacular homes that are unmatched in craftsmanship and detail.
About Our HOMES
Most of Vincent Properties Construction’s “spec”
and custom homes are designed and built using an Adirondack mountain style
unique to Blowing Rock, North
Carolina. Generally, we use cedar board ‘n’
batten siding and/or poplar bark siding along with extensive exterior
stonework. This provides a rustic yet elegant feel to this distinctive
type of home. Vincent Properties Construction believes in building a
superior product with the utmost in quality and perfection. We use top of
the line Smarthousetechnology and state
of the art products such as cedar shakes, heavy timbers, enormous stone
fireplaces, heavy handcrafted solid wood garage doors, custom built cabinets,
quality tile, exotic decking materials such as Tiger wood or Brazilian
ironwood, bordered hand-finished hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances,
oversized Jacuzzi and/or soaking tubs, granite countertops, and anything else
that the customer could desire.

Construction has made a committment to promote healthy living and protect the
environment. This commitment starts with the Architectural plan and carries
through to completion. Whether they are building an Energy Star Certified Home
or a Healthy Built home. All Vincent Properties Construction homes integrate
GREEN building standards such as, Smarthouse technology which conserves energy
and electricity through customized settings, high efficiency heating and
cooling systems, and use regional vendor resources such as poplar bark siding,
(which is considered an eco friendly building material) whenever possible. Our
low-impact site development and preparation practices protect the naturally
occurring vegetation and help to safeguard the innate aesthetics of the
landscape.
