Jay Vincent is the owner of the Vincent Properties, Inc. in its entirety.  Jay has over 38 years of experience in development, conceptual design, marketing, and construction with emphasis on Adirondack and upscale mountain homes and developments.  He has been very involved in the community as well as the real estate industry. Jay has held many offices in the local Realtor Association including President, Realtor of the Year and Regional Vice-President of the North Carolina Association of Realtors. I used Jay Vincent  and Vincent Properties to sell my grandmother, Mrs. Joseph Cannon's, home, Mirimichi, in Blowing Rock, NC.  Jay sold the house in less than 1 1/2 months.  Prior to that time, the property had been on the market with another firm for over a year.  Jay and Vincent Properties also sold the house for well over the amount that the other Realtor had had the house listed for.
