Joyce grew up in the Midwest, on the Mississippi River, and discovered the mountains of North Carolina 10 years ago after living 13 years in Naples, FL. She first started in real estate in 1980 but soon changed to banking and was a Mortgage Loan Officer in FL and NC for 20 years. After moving to Ashe County she got back into real estate and is now doing what she loves..... selling Ashe, Watauga and Wilkes County. She and her husband have also built several log homes in the area.
Along with her 2 dogs and cat, Joyce lives in a home on 42 acres close to the Blue Ridge Parkway in Ashe County. She is active in the West Jefferson United Methodist Church and a member of P.E.O.
