Stephen McDaniel is a native of Greenville, South Carolina and is a second generation graduate of Appalachian State University, following his father who started the tradition in 1971. Stephen finished his ASU career in 2000 with 3 Business Degrees in the areas of Banking, Insurance, and Real Estate. His association with Vincent Properties began in 1999 as an intern while finishing school and has grown into a full-time Associate Broker with the firm. His real estate sales career has seen all the variations of properties from single family lots to multi-million dollar homes and even large acreage pieces.
Stephen's interests include hiking, biking, golfing and various other outdoor activities. He is a member of the First Baptist Church in Blowing Rock and volunteers in various aspects of the community. Stephen is and avid ASU supporter and even serves on a few alumni committees. He also enjoys the various artistic and musical performances that take place in the community throughout the year.
