Stephen McDaniel is a native of Greenville, South Carolina and is a second generation graduate of Appalachian State University, following his father who started the tradition in 1971. Stephen finished his ASU career in 2000 with 3 Business Degrees in the areas of Banking, Insurance, and Real Estate. His association with Vincent Properties began in 1999 as an intern while finishing school and has grown into a full-time Associate Broker with the firm. His real estate sales career has seen all the variations of properties from single family lots to multi-million dollar homes and even large acreage pieces. Stephen has consistently increased his real estate sales from year to year and even finds time to manage the long term rental program for Vincent Properties.
Stephen's interests include hiking, biking, golfing and various other outdoor activities. He is a member of the First Baptist Church in Blowing Rock and volunteers in various aspects of the community. Stephen is and avid ASU supporter and even serves on a few alumni committees. He also enjoys the various artistic and musical performances that take place in the community throughout the year.
