With over 34 years of conceptual design and implementation and 30 years of quality craftsmanship, Vincent Properties Construction is more than a qualified Construction Team. Matt Vincent is a graduate from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and is an expert in Green Home Building. Jay Vincent has over 37 years of experience in Development, conceptual design, marketing, and construction with emphasis on Adirondack and upscale mountain homes and developments.

Most of Vincent Properties Construction’s spec homes are designed and built using an Adirondack mountain style unique to Blowing Rock, North Carolina. Generally, we use cedar board ‘n’ batten siding and/or poplar bark siding. This provides a rustic yet elegant feel to this distinctive type of home. Vincent Properties Construction believes in building a superior product with the utmost in quality and perfection. We use top of the line technology and state of the art products such as cedar shakes, heavy timbers, enormous real stone fireplaces, heavy solid wood garage doors, quality tile, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, oversized Jacuzzi tubs, granite countertops, and much more!
