Christie Younger is Vincent Properties’ Marketing and Creative Director and manages all aspects of Vincent Properties' marketing and promotion efforts for Property and Development Sales and Vincent Properties as a business.
Born and raised in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, she came to the High Country in 2001 to attend Appalachian State University and has remained here after graduating. She was recently married here in Blowing Rock and plans to start her family in the beautiful High Country of North Carolina. In her spare time, she enjoys riding her horse and spending time with her friends and family when she can.
Heading up Vincent Properties' Advertising, Marketing, and Graphic Design since February of 2007, she strives to put Vincent Properties’ listings and name in front of the public eye achieving maximum exposure. Unique to the High Country Real Estate Community , Christie provides Vincent Properties' clients with an in house graphic designer for all marketing materials.
Christie began her marketing career with an internship to a global company and has progressed since then gaining real estate marketing experience first hand from working with Marketing Executives out of Charlotte, North Carolina on various projects to promote Vincent Properties as well as several large local developments. She has worked on campaigns for Timber Ridge at the Coves with Bob Timberlake ®, The Lodges at Winkler’s Creek, Chestnut Creek at Shatley Mountain, and many more residential developments and individual properties.

Advertising Duties: Develops, implements, and manages Vincent Properties’ advertising strategy from a business, sales and technical perspective; Negotiates agreements with outside sales representatives and manages the development of sales materials including media kits; Manages the purchasing of print space in newspapers, magazines, online media/ads, and broadcast time on radio and television
Creative Duties: Conceives ideas, concepts, and campaigns; Operates a computer (Mac/PC) for a variety of graphic design activities including desktop publishing and layout design, illustration, and pre-press file preparation; Designs and develops marketing materials (e.g. Corporate brochures, marketing brochures, newspaper ads, magazine ads, logos, websites, property brochures, email blasts etc.); Maintains Vincent Properties’ website; Monitors production of marketing materials to ensure consistency and appropriateness; Implements Vincent Properties’ client/public relations program to include internal and external publications (e.g. newsletters, client alerts, postcards, direct mail, etc.) that enhance branding and thus sales.
Marketing Duties: Plans and implements marketing strategy including advertising and public relations, and sales and customer retention/development; manages sales and marketing resources according to agreed budgets; Develops and maintains corporate image and reputation and protects Vincent Properties’ brands; Develops and maintains a computerized customer and prospect database; Carries out market research and analyses; Liaises and attends meetings with other companies to perform necessary duties and aid business development; Attends training to develop relevant skills and knowledge.
