Vincent Properties’ doors opened in 1996. Over the years, there have been several offices in different locales throughout the High Country. It was then centered in the beautiful quaint town of Blowing Rock. Vincent Properties has expanded from simply a real estate company housing one or two agents to a real estate, development, construction, and property management company with many employees and partners throughout Ashe, Avery, and Watauga Counties. Vincent Properties is a family owned company that focuses on maintaining relationships with the local community while providing services to people from all places and backgrounds.
